Privacy on this website

We designed this site so we do not build a behavioural database of visitors. Most signals stay in your browser or exist only for the lifetime of a single request. Contact requests are handled so we can reply.

In short

  • We do not store your browsing behaviour, pointer movement, or scroll activity on our systems.
  • That behaviour is transient: it only drives visuals and copy hints inside your own tab.
  • We do not use this site to profile you or to run advertising analytics databases.
  • If you contact us, we use the information you provide to understand the request and reply.

Interaction and ambience

Some pages react to pointer position, movement, and scrolling so the interface can feel responsive. Those calculations run entirely in your browser. They are not uploaded to PURPL PULSE, logged as analytics, or kept after you leave the page. When the tab closes, that state is discarded.

Visitor context (one-off request)

The site may request a small JSON payload that describes coarse context for the current visit, for example approximate location or weather derived from standard request metadata your browser already sends, and language hints. That response is assembled for you in the moment. We do not attach it to an account and we do not write it into a customer database on our side for this marketing site.

Session storage (demo preference)

If you use the interactive demo on the home page, your browser may save a single session flag so a preference (such as "Runtime mode") can survive a page navigation. That value stays on your device in sessionStorage. It is not sent to us as a profile record.

Optional inspector cookie

A technical "inspector" trail for developers may set a short-lived, secure cookie so a puzzle step can only be completed in the same browser session. It is not used for marketing or cross-site tracking.

Contact form

If you use a contact flow, we receive the name, message, and any email address you choose to include. We use that information to assess the request, reply, and manage the conversation. It is not used to build an advertising profile.

Hosting and infrastructure

Like any website, our hosting provider may create short-lived technical logs (for example access logs for security or reliability). We do not use those logs on this site to build behavioural profiles or to sell data.

Questions

If you want to ask how this applies to a specific engagement or product beyond this marketing site, contact us. Related contractual terms may also appear in your agreement and on the terms page.
